Hey there I am Nilanjana Kumar &
welcome to my website.
I am a self declared video content creator and I love documenting my life particularly travel and home care tips.

As a little girl, I always found joy in imagining my skipping rope handle as a microphone. And that is all I needed to become a stage performer, a singer a television show host and what not!

As I grew up that girl wavered and stopped skipping. Quite Literally!

But God Bless Youtube and all the easy tools we have today to create videos, I literally found back, the joy of creation, this time outside my head and for my Youtube channel(travelfoodNtalk).

So that's what I do now, I document my travels, home decoration, some important conversations and share it with my online community.
Being an emotionally jumpy person(ask my siblings & husband about it) you may find me in arrays of mood. Some times over intrusive and chatty other times pensive and quiet. But one thing I can assure you, I will always be up for listening to your travel stories, so ping me on Instagram when ever you have one.

Give me a pleasant weather and music, I can spend hours and hours in doing absolutely nothing.
Or give me a car in a countryside and rare is the chance that I will stay put indoors.

If you are some one who like me, is an old soul, sucker for road trip, vernacular architecture, local culture, nature & soft music then I am pretty sure there is a lot my YouTube channel and this blog for you..

So do stick around and don't forget to subscribe to my Youtube channel by clicking the link here.
A bit more about me...
I am a graduate in Political Science from LSR and then went on to study a Masters in JNU.
My plans were simple: to crack the UPSC as my father did. Which did not work out, thus paving way for a stint in the corporate sector.
I worked in an MNC in Pune, and absolutely fell in love with the city. But sooner or later decided to shift back to Delhi closer to my family.

I then completed an LLB from Delhi University and started my career litigating for a child right organisation. This was something special, I really enjoyed it, however I gave into the attraction of stability in career and joined a sarkar naukri, in a multi state cooperative society.

Well what happens when you put an independent and creative soul in a nine to five working environment that too for someone else? I soon started resenting going to office. A family emergency along with this discontentment led me to leaving this job.

That, in a nut shell, is my roller coaster chase for a "professional stability".
Today, I find joy in creating content, which frankly is mostly expenditure and rarely any earning, at least so far, but I hope to change it.

I would be so glad if you support me in growing my blog & Youtube community. You can do that by subscribing, sharing, engaging with the content I create on these platforms.

Looking forward for your love.
